Swedish (relaxation) Massage $70 (1 HOUR) $110 (90 minute): Gentle and comforting massage. For the client who just wants to "relax". This is  a light pressure massage using soothing effleurage strokes.

Therapeutic Massage $70 (1 HOUR) $110 (90 minute): Focuses on relieving tension areas using medium pressure. 

Deep Tissue Massage $70 (1 HOUR) $110 (90 minute): Focuses on the deep layer of the muscle tissue and fascia using firm/deep pressure to release muscle tension.

Cupping Therapy $70 (40 mins): What is Cupping Therapy? Negative pressure, rather than tissue compression is superior for bodywork for pain, stubborn conditions, repetitive strains, inflammation, toxicity, chronic fatigue, disgestive problems and a slough of other issue we confront as we grow older.

Suction cups rapidly facilitate rigid soft tissue release, loosens & lifts connective tissue, breaks up and drains stagnation while increasing blood & lymph flow to skin & muscles in ways not possible using compression.

Another benefit of Cupping is that it can feel really great when done properly for your constitution and current physiology and/or condition. The pulling action engages the parasympathetic nervous system, thus allowing a deep relaxation to move through the entire body. 

Pre-Natal Massage $80 (1 HOUR): ***MUST BE 12 WEEKS OR MORE TO BOOK*** We have a specially designed prenatal table to allow our expecting moms to lay facedown in comfort. Prenatal massages are generally considered safe after the first trimester, as long as you get the green light from your practitioner and you let your massage therapist know you’re pregnant. But you’ll want to avoid massage during the first three months of pregnancy as it may trigger dizziness and add to morning sickness.

Hot Stone Massage $85 (1 HOUR) $135 (90 minute): The hot stones help the massage therapist ease into the muscle tissue at a deeper level while applying less pressure to the muscles, thereby avoiding any resistance by the muscles to lock up or resist the work. The extra warmth provides faster therapeutic results and deep relaxation. 

Himalayan Salt Hot Stone Massage $90 (1 HOUR) $140 (90 minute): Himalayan Salt Stones contain 84 naturally occurring minerals. The minerals provide a gentle exfoliation on the skin, making the skin feel smooth and soft after your massage session. Himalayan Salt Stones give off negative ions. What does this mean? When there are too many positive ions in the body it leads to inflammation. Therefore, being massaged with the stones helps balance the positive ions with negative ions. This can help reduce inflammation. Another way to balance ions in the body is walking barefoot on the earth. The minerals in the Himalayan Salt stones assist in the detoxification process of massage. Massage alone is detoxifying because it is moving the blood and the lymph around in the body. It helps to circulate the toxins out of the body. The minerals in the stones help to draw out the toxins even further.

Sauna Wrap $70 (45 minutes): An infrared sauna wrap (also called an infrared sauna blanket) is a portable infrared sauna that makes use of infrared rays to heat your body directly. This is  a great process to remove toxins, relax muscles, and improve blood circulation in the body. The treatment helps the body get rid of excess water weight, which has a temporary weight loss effect as you can burn up to 1400 calories in one sesion (results vary). However, regular sessions with daily exercise and a balanced diet provide desired long-term effects. Please note: whatever you wear inside the blanket will get soaked. Please bring spare underclothes or we have disposable bra and panties.  

Body exfoliation Sugar scrub $100 (40 minutes): A gentle sugar scrub is applied to the body to remove dead skin cells an dhelp you reveal new, glowing skin. After the scrub is removed, moisturizer will be applied to the skin.

Sugar scrub & Clay wrap $130 (1 HOUR): After your sugar scrub, a clay wrap will be applied to the body to help detox, cleanse, and firm the skin. Moisturizer will be applied to finish the treatment. 

Sugar Scrub, Clay wrap, and Massage $230 (2 HOURS): Treat your body & skin! Sugar scrub, clay wrap, and instead of just a moisturizer application, you get a full 1 hour massage of your choice (can pick any massage on the menu). 

"All about me" $90 (1 HOUR) $140 (90 minute): For the client who needs a little extra pampering. Choose from a Swedish or Therapeutic full-body Massage. Your choice of Lavendar, Orange, or Peppermint aromatherapy.  Regular hot stones will be added to the back portion of your massage, and your session will end with a foot scrub and hot towel treatment.
